Mailing your watch is EASY!

PLEASE READ the Service FAQ (repair process) before mailing you watch. This will give you a thorough understanding of the repair process. Please only call if you have a question AFTER you have read the Service FAQ.
1. PAY your estimate fee in advance at our secure SHOPPING CART SITE with a credit card (AMEX, MC, Visa or Discover) or Paypal. All watches arriving for a repair estimate must be prepaid in advance of their arrival, as we have a very limited number of estimate slots available each month.
2. DOWNLOAD the shipping/repair form (available only after purchasing your prepaid estimate in the secure shopping cart), print out and complete for inclusion with your watch. Watches arriving without this form may have service delayed and/or refused.
3. MAIL your watch following our SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.

Watches arriving with PREPAID estimates receive the highest priority evaluation and diagnosis. Watches arriving without the required estimate payment and/or repair/shipping form may have service denied and/or delayed.
Watches mailed in for BfW's Watch Warranty Service receive immediate attention.
