If you do not have a watch in for service, but contact us with a question via email, or through AskTheWatchmaker.com, we do NOT retain a copy of this contact, nor do we utilize this information in any way other than to choose to respond directly to you with the information you have requested from us.

Inc. is concerned with keeping the information you submit to us secure and private.  We wish to provide you with a convenient purchase experience.  We accept credit card payments directly through our secure service cart, which is managed by Godaddy.com, and/or PayPal.  Our secure service cart offers you the advantage of placing your order for an estimate and/or service repair online using secure servers and encryption.  Your purchase, credit card information, and personal data are encrypted and secured through a link to our secure, dedicated server utilizing Secure Socket Layer [SSL] technology.  During the completion of your order, you will be linked from our Web page to customized screens on our secure server.  Your information is encrypted during its trip across the Internet to prohibit viewing by a third party.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

What Happens To Personal Information if I Terminate my BfW Service Cart Account?

When your BfW Co. Inc. Service Cart account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily), all of your personal information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant BfW Co. Inc. databases.  However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our databases entirely.  We will retain and use personally identifiable information if necessary in order to resolve disputes or enforce our terms and conditions of service.
