- Replace worn components (e.g. mainspring barrel and reverser, etc. on mechanical; power cell, coil, circuit etc. on quartz)

- Replace all critical gaskets
- Polish or replace the crystal (if possible)
- Pressure test to restore water resistance
- Regulate & adjust timing in positions
- Confirm accuracy and power reserve w/ rigid final controls
